Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CargoNex platform operated by us.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. SaaS Subscription
CargoNex is provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 30 days before the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Use of AI & Accuracy
Important: CargoNex utilizes Artificial Intelligence to provide shipment predictions, document extraction (OCR), and cost analysis. While we strive for high accuracy (99%), we cannot guarantee that the output will be error-free. You acknowledge that you should verify critical customs documents before submission.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CargoNex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:
- Delays in shipments caused by carriers or ports.
- Customs fines or penalties resulting from incorrect data entry.
- Service interruptions or downtime.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CargoNex.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
